Payments
Credit card payments for Jewels by Shari sales are processed through PayPal's secure online payment service. I can only ship to verified addresses, so if you use a credit card to pay, please make sure your address is verified through PayPal.
Checks and money orders are accepted for Jewels by Shari sales, but pelase remember that although you will need to enter check information for that type of payment, we still need for you to send the physical check in the mail for us to process the payment, and no items are shipped to new customers until the check has arrived and is cleared through our bank account.
You will be directed to the address in which to send payment once the checkout process is completed.
Previous customers who purchased via check with a history of keeping a clear record with us will have their shipment sent as soon as the payment arrives.
Shipping
As a standard, unless your purchase doesn't fit, your jewelry items are packed in batting-lined gift-boxes, which are also lined in tissue paper to further protect your purchase. Gift boxes are closed, wrapped in protective packaging such as foam or bubble-wrap, and then put into an envelope and shipped.
Whether your item fits in a gift box or not, ALL of our items are shipped in packaging that protects your purchase. Examples of other shipping products we use are packing peanuts and cardboard boxes (if needed or requested).
Shipping Charges
All orders under $20.00 are shipped First Class U.S.P.S. for a flat rate of $2.50
All orders $20.00 and over are shipped First Class U.S.P.S. for a flat rate of $2.50 plus Free Insurance
Shipping time
Orders on ready-made items are usually shipped within 3 business days, but if there is a delay, we'll let you know. Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks, although they are usually done within 7 days.
